Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Fireplace Mantels 123, customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and
hassle-free return and exchange process. These guidelines ensure that your satisfaction is our utmost concern and that any returns and/or exchanges will be handled appropriately.
BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your item was shipped to you by motor freight, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves.
Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt. However, the item returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition inside its
Items returned under this policy and in reference to the above stated condition are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item,
less roundtrip shipping (including FREE SHIPPING items) costs AND a 20% restocking fee (with a $20 minimum charge). Items cannot be returned without all original
packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to
your account. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please email us for further instructions on your return and to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing
parts, damaged or defective please call us within 10 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. However, damaged or defective
item(s) cannot be returned for a full refund (similar return fees, as stated above, will be charged). Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs
(including FREE SHIPPING items) will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot refund shipping and handling or gift wrap charges unless the return or exchange is a result of an error by us. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. A
restocking charge may apply to specifically noted items. Certain orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products
that have been modified.
We highly recommend insuring your return item against loss, rifling, and/or damage. The item being returned should be double boxed and securely packed for your protection. We do not issue
refunds nor file claims for items being returned in the event of damage due or loss due to return shipping.
If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if absolutely necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great
relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
